shared pool breakfast buffet large pools
i stayed in a double swim-up room. it had direct access to a shared pool. the breakfast buffet had numerous options (i especially enjoyed the omelets). the pools were large, offering plenty of space for swimming.
the gym equipment looked a bit worn.

solid hotel, slight hiccup
clean room amazing pools friendly staff exclusivi app
This hotel has CLEAN rooms. The two pools are amazing. One is quiet near the buildings. The other is a lagoon pool by a private beach. Staff is friendly and says hello always. I used the exclusivi app. I did book the argo or did order drinks, those were delivered to my sunbed.
I felt the food was a little down. I think buffet dinners have limited choice. Food was repetitive and boring. This is not what I expect from a five star. I did choose to skip meals. I think the all inclusive should include all drinks.

The room featured a double bed and functional air conditioning. It maintained a consistently cool temperature throughout the day and night, regardless of the outside weather. It provided constant comfort.

The main restaurant offered theme nights. They have some nights with mexican, greek, italian, and asian options. Argo is on the beach front, it has bbq lunch and a la carte in the evening. It gives all inclusive guests one meal each seven days.

The hotel has amazing facilities. The big pools are great. Kids enjoy a kids club. A climbing wall is available too. There is also a spa and play room guests can visit .

immaculate premises
modern facilities utter cleanliness
i stayed for several nights in a one bedroom family room. i appreciated the cleanliness, everywhere was unbelievably clean, all the time. the modern facilities, considering it was built in 2009, were immaculate.
the air conditioner filters seemed old. there was a bad smell in the room so i told the staff. they didn't do anything so when i open the ac there is a bad smell again.

the hotel is close to the sea and not far from the airport. it is around a 15 min taxi journey if you fancy going to town for the day. there is a bus stop outside of the resort.
